Fluorite is best displayed in strong LED lighting, and shows optimal vibrancy when backlit as shown in the photos. Keep out of direct sunlight, as fluorite is UV sensitive.
The hyalite opal appears colourless under natural or normal light, but glow a vivid green under UV lighting (also known as “black light”). A 255 nm shortwave UV light is recommended for optimal fluorescence.
Please note that this is a natural product, sometimes stones and crystals have small imperfections and blemishes.
